What If I didn’t Get The Emails?

This is usually because your email software is filtering the email, either to junk mail or not even delivering it to your email.
If you have received at least one email from us, then here is a great video that teaches you how to make sure you get all of our emails in Yahoo Mail, Gmail, and AOL:

If you haven’t received any emails from us, then this is what you need to do:

Microsoft Outlook 2003-2007

Please add our domain name (bodyrock.tv) or “from” address (customercare@bodyrock.tv) to your Safe Senders list. To add us to your Safe Senders list:

On the “Tools” menu, click “Options”.
On the “Preferences” tab, click “Junk Email”.
On the “Safe Senders” tab, click “Add”.
In the “Add Address” field, enter “bodyrock.tv”.
Click “OK”.

Missing an email? Check if our email is in your “Junk Email Folder”. If it is, right click on the email, select “Junk Email” and click “Add Sender’s Domain to Safe Senders List.”

Gmail:

Please add our “from” address (customercare@bodyrock.tv) to your Gmail contacts list. To add us to your contact list:

Click “Contacts” along the left side of any Gmail page.
Click “Add Contact”.
Copy and paste our “From” address, “customercare@bodyrock.tv”, into the primary email address dialog box.
Click “Save”.
